This usually occurs because connection to the hub has been lost. Our hubs are designed to automatically recover and our engineers constantly monitor connectivity, but we sometimes need your help to check on your hub and perform a power cycle.
First, check that cables are correctly and firmly plugged into the Igloohome hub.There should be an Ethernet cable connecting the modem/router and Igloohome hub. Also, there should be a power cable connected to the Igloohome hub.
Next, perform a power cycle by following the steps below.
- Power off the ISP modem.
- Power off your router.
- Power off the Igloohome hub by unplugging the power cable.
- Wait 45 seconds.
- Turn on your modem, and wait till modem lights come on and become stable.
- Turn on your router and wait till lights come on and become stable.
- Turn on the Igloohome hub by plugging the power cable back in.
