It may be due to one of the following:
- In the older model of igloohome locks (i.e. Deadbolt 01 and Latch models), there is a maximum of 285 PIN code generations before a reset is needed. When you receive an error message when trying to generate PIN codes, you may have generated the maximum number of PIN codes available. In order to generate more PINs, you will have to reset your PIN codes.

- The phone is not connected to the Internet
- App has not been updated to latest version, update to latest version
