If you encounter the error message: "We are unable to change your password due to an error. Please try again," you may be trying to change your password in your Account information page.
- Please ensure that your password has at least 8 characters and that your passwords match in both boxes. You also may be using the current password. If so, try changing it to a new, different password.
- You can try resetting your password by logging out, selecting "Log in" from the home screen > Forgot password > enter email address > Reset password.
