If you encounter the error message: "We have encountered an error activating your free trial, please try again later," you may be trying to activate Airbnb Connect.
- Please ensure that you are following these instructions: Open the igloohome app > Menu (top left hand corner) > click on profile picture (top left hand corner) > click 'Connect with Airbnb' button > Log into your Airbnb account. For more instructions on how to activate Airbnb connect, please see this article.
- Check if you have created an Airbnb Connect account with this username before.
- Please ensure that you have strong Wifi connection. You may wish to restart your router.
