If you encounter the error message: "We are unable to find more information on the city. Please try again," you may be trying to set a location while adding your lock or home listing.
- If you are using automatic location services, please check in your phone settings that you have Location Services turned on for the igloohome app. If it still does not work, manually enter your current location and select the city.
- If you are already manually entering your current location, try typing in the full name of your city and see if it comes up. If not, try the name of a major city closest to you.
