If you encounter the error message: "We have encountered an error. Please check your network settings and try again," you may be trying to sign up for an account. If the error message also says, "If the problem persists, please reinitialize the lock or add the lock from the configuration menu again," then please see this article instead.
To solve this issue, check if you are connected to strong Wifi. If your phone indicates you are, try restarting your router. You can also try restarting the app, or turning your phone's Wifi off and on again. If these still do not work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
