If you encounter the error message: "Please try again," you may be trying to connect a home or delete a listing.
- To connect to a lock, first go to Set Up Menu (after product selection). Choose to add a new lock to either a New Home or Existing Home(s). If it is a new home, you will need to set up a home listing by naming the home and selecting a city. Pair the lock to your app by following instructions on pages 5 and 6 of the App Guide here. After pairing your lock, to associate the lock with a home listing, go back to the previous page and check the name of the home you wish to list your lock under.
- To delete a home listing, first go to the Set Up Menu > Manage Homes. To delete a lock listing, go to Set Up Menu > Manage Locks. Then click the trash icon and select the home or lock you wish to delete. You may want to refer to pages 7 and 8 of the App User Guide here.
